Nutrition (and exercise) are the most important elements of performance, weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. Eating the right types and amounts of food at the right time of day are key to enhancing performance, weight loss and health.

KT Conditioning offers both nutrition for health and nutrition for sports performance to all through the delivery of one on one sessions, small group sessions or large group educational sessions. For individual or small group sessions clients will receive a body composition assessment (mass, body fat and girths) followed by nutritional advice to enhance their performance, weight loss or lifestyle.

Nutrition sessions can be arranged to fit around your schedule with home sessions available. Prices start from £30 for an individual session but please call Kevin on 07411 227745 to discuss or for more further information.
